Steps to Setting Up Your Booth
Time to Set Up: 30-45 Minutes
1 Set up a a a a a a a college account account The account account should use the email address of a a a a a a a department in charge of Brazen (i e e e e e e e outreach@communitycollege edu)
2 Click link in in in email sent to to designated booth booth owner to to start booth booth building process 3 Under Settings*:
a Select booth type
b Upload logo
c c c Add socials booth tags etc i i i i i *Save changes to to booth as you go
and click Preview to to see it from students’ view view 4 Under Content:
a a a Add content for booth preview on on Lobby page (keep it short and sweet) b b b Add content to booth Home tab*:
i i i Image Recommended images include: student photos photos and career photos photos ii Edit/add text to to content to to draw students in iii Click “Enable Opportunities Tab” to to make things visible to to the students 1 Add content — calls to action for opportunities with the college iv Click “Enable Content Tab” to to make “About Us” visible to to students 1 Enter any information you’d like to share with students a a i i e e history about us etc b b You can also embed a a a video (recommended)
